Also, the Supreme Court issued a major decision upholding that the Voting Rights Act of 1965 was never intended to allow creation of congressional districts based on race; it aimed instead to end race-based segregation in the South. The ruling reaffirms that districts cannot be drawn with racial intent to discriminate or guarantee outcomes, requiring actual evidence of intent to block minorities’ opportunity to elect candidates of their choice rather than mere allegations. Democrats have misused the Act to advance their party by creating race-conscious districts, treating certain racial groups as reliable voters and fearing losses in majority-white areas, contrary to the Act’s original colorblind aim. Comey's explanation for the 8647 seashells is unbelievable—especially for a former FBI director. Also, Iran is overflowing with oil and desperately seeking storage in quarries, old ships, and anywhere possible because President Trump has effectively shut down the Strait of Hormuz—taking it over in response to Iran’s actions—preventing them from exporting oil. They continue pumping but have nowhere to store it; shutting down the wells risks destroying or rendering many unworkable.  The U.S. should give Iran two options – unconditional surrender or we finish Iran off. Later, the Democrat Party has a long history of violence and embracing humanity's worst traits. Democrats target Trump because he stands between them and the people, loves America and its founding. Their inflammatory language, labeling Trump as Hitler or a dictator, is designed to incite violence against ICE, police, and the president through mobs funded by billionaires and networks. Americans see through this. Afterward, Bruce Blakeman calls in to discuss his run for Governor of NY against Kathy Hochul. This dangerous guerrilla warfare, that turns the Constitution inside out, is part of a broader Democrat strategy to seize and keep permanent power. Also, Democrats will talk about affordability and domestic issues but have no real intention of addressing them, as they block drilling and pipelines, push electric vehicles that drive up gasoline and food costs, and plan to raise property taxes. They ignore safe streets and will unleash horrific border inflows.     On Wednesday’s Mark Levin Show, in the spirit of George Wallace, Democrats in Virginia disenfranchised millions of voters through a misleading referendum on representation, which passed in a Democrat-majority state where most Democrats voted against Republicans having any seats. But the Tazewell Circuit Court just ruled the referendum unconstitutional on two grounds: the ballot language was utterly misleading and the legislature’s vote to place it on the ballot violated state law. The judge issued an injunction blocking certification and denied a stay, with a final order forthcoming and immediate appeal expected to the Virginia Supreme Court. Ken Cuccinelli calls in and explains the Circuit Court’s decision. There are four significant state constitutional violations, any one of which could invalidate the referendum or the resulting map, as challengers only need to prove one flaw while defenders must win on all four.  Also, the Southern Poverty Law Center has targeted and maligned traditional conservatives for decades. After the civil rights era, it struggled to find enough discrimination under federal and state law to attract donors, so it created such discrimination on a grand scale. According to an indictment with receipts, the organization funneled more than $3 million in donor funds to extremist groups. It set up accounts with fake names to launder the money and conceal its involvement. Later, Dana Perino calls in to discuss her new novel - Purple State.  She also weighed in on the Southern Poverty Law Center which she called the greatest extortion scam in a long time by creating and inflating hate in order to claim credit for fighting it. Perino also emphasized that Israel’s post-October 7 actions and recent intelligence gains have put the Iranian regime on the ropes, and Trump would ultimately finish the job.
