What I've come to know about fear is that we all experience it. We all have fear. It's part of a basic human emotion. But, I've also learned that the key is to make sure that fear doesn't have YOU. And that's just quite a dance. Doing that dance of having fear, yet fear not having us. So, I hope you enjoy today's meditation of doing that dance and releasing those fears.
