Reunited and it feels so good! Matt is back from vacation, just in time to join Blake in pumping up the Olympic hockey tournament and recapping a Canucks fizzle before the break. John Shannon is back with the guys to talk about the quiet roster freeze deadline for the Canucks and what he expects to see happen when the NHL gets back to business. John gets into the future of Elias Pettersson, the culture in the Canucks room, and a deep dive into the Canucks chances of emulating the Canadiens' rebuild. Our Seahawks Insider Gregg Bell stops by to recap the Super Bowl victory for Seattle and to put the season into full context. Gregg compares this Seattle defence to some all time greats, talks about the importance of Emmanwori and Witherspoon, the possibility of Kenneth Walker's return, and whether the Seahawks can run this all back again next season! Matt and Blake wrap it up with an Olympics update for Canada, the Whitecaps are headed home from Spain with their new BC Place lease, and the Vancouver Warriors are red hot in temper and in the standings!
