    I launch the AuDHD and Me podcast with an interview with the person who made this podcast happen! Jon is the host of "AuDHD or just a bit weird?" podcast, and kindly invited me to be on their show after following me on instagram. There started a wonderful friendship, full of understanding, laughs and support. So naturally I had to have them on the podcast to launch AuDHD and me! Jon is late realised (and recently diagnosed!) ADHD and self diagnosed autistic.
