She is also an owner in her family’s winery (Sage Hayward Vineyard) and has spent over 20 years as a partner and director of her family’s 130+ year-old U.S. firm. Wendy is an educator and serves as the Academic Director at Family Enterprise Canada (FEC), a Lead Instructor for FEC’s Family Enterprise Advisors (FEA) program, and an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia’s Sauder School of Business. She is the co-author of two books - Human Resources in Family Business: Maximizing the Power of Your People and Own It! How to Develop an Owner’s Mindset at Every Age. She has an MA in Family Systems Counseling Psychology from the University of British Columbia and an Executive Masters in the Neuroscience of Leadership from the Neuroleadership Institute.Barbara Dartt is a Principal Consultant for the Family Business Consulting Group and holds over 20 years of experience helping individuals and families manage their business. She is also a Founding Partner of GROW, a family business advisory firm that serves family-owned, agricultural-related businesses. Her interest in working with farm families stems from watching her grandfather and father offer educational extension services to family-owned farms. Barbara holds a Doctoral Degree in Veterinary Medicine and a Master’s Degree in Agricultural Economics, both from Michigan State University.

Clark is a renowned economist and the NAC Distinguished Professor of Management at the BYU Marriott School of Business. Previously, he was the President of BYU Idaho and the Dean of Harvard Business School. His research explores the merging of technology and competition in industry evolution. He received his BA, MA, and PhD in Economics from Harvard.Jonathan R. Clark is an Associate Professor of Management at The University of Texas at San Antonio. Before coming to UTSA, he was a faculty member and Executive Director of the Master of Health Administration program at Penn State University. Jonathan’s research and teaching interests are in strategic leadership. He holds a PhD in Health Policy/Management from Harvard Business School, an MS in Health Policy and Management from the Harvard School of Public Health, and a BA in Economics from Boston College.Erin E. Clark is the Managing Director in Human Capital Consulting at Deloitte. She has over 20 years of experience working with clients from various industries and sectors as an executive coach and advisor. Before Deloitte, she was a partner and practice leader at Monitor Group. Erin believes that leadership can activate human potential and lead to thriving people, organizations, and communities. She received her MBA from the Harvard Business School and her BS in Economics from the University of Utah.
