It was during her time as a nomad that she discovered the joys of running, which allowed her to explore new places intimately. 2. **The Turning Point**   At the age of 26, Marie faced a pivotal moment when she realized her unhealthy lifestyle was holding her back. A friend invited her to run, and after merely 500 meters, she found herself out of breath, a shocking realization for someone so young. This moment ignited a fire within her, prompting her to quit smoking and commit to a healthier lifestyle.
