I am so honoured to have this amazing lady here on the podcast, who although, suffered from multiple mental illnesses, still stood strong and becoming a Clinical Psychologist to help people out in their different ways of life. Honestly, I am beyond proud of her and I hope you will too after you have listened to this episode. Warning!!! It gets a little heavy by the end and a little explicit. So viewers discreet!!!!!  Anyhow, it is still a great episode and I hope people will understand why mental health is ever so important!     Finally!!!! My dearest Mark Evans @markcsevans is here on dive deep for an episode!!! How long have we ever wanted this to happen and my lazy ass just doesn't get it done? haha. Anyhow, this episode has just been really impromptu, but we had a great chat about Mark's amazing podcast, which he is an absolute achiever on that @mark.mywordspodcast, our lives in this podcast, how we have met, our struggles living simply as a human and just overall love for each other. I am honestly so happy to have a friend like Mark. He is so unique, one and only and always knowing what is best for him.
