    The COVID-19 crisis has forced us to think outside the box - how can we stay in touch with our members that are quarantined in their houses? After years of talking about it, we have our first episode! One of our co-hosts went to bed early ... so Kent decided to record the answer to a question he's been asked many times, "How did you and Carlee become CrossFit gym owners?".
