Trusting His Heart

When You Don’t Know What to Do What if you don’t have to have it all figured out? Proverbs 3:5–6 reminds us to trust God—not just with the big things, but with the decisions, questions, and uncertainty we face every day. Sometimes we lean so hard on our own understanding that we forget we don’t have to carry it all. God is already there. He sees what we can’t see, and He knows the way forward. The Posture of Release

“Be still, and know that I am God.” Sometimes surrender begins with simply becoming still. We don’t have to have all the answers, fix everything, or hold everything together. We can pause, open our hands, and remember that God is God—and we are not. In today’s Lectio Divina, let Psalm 46:10 invite you into a posture of release. As you slow down and listen, notice what you may be holding too tightly and gently place it back into God’s hands.
