    Letting Go When it Feels Right

    How do you know when it's time to let go? That nagging feeling that gets louder and louder until you let go of the thing that you know you are supposed to be releasing. It's so FREAKIN' annoying because your mind will try to talk you out of letting go. -You've invested money... -You've put in your time... -What are you going to replace it with...? All these thoughts come up to make you feel like you can't trust the nagging feeling. But, guess what, you can.     The Spark: Affirmations for Igniting Your Inner Light

    Welcome to BlissAdvantage! This week, you are being reminded of the divine spark that is in you.  That cosmic spark of light that arrived in you at birth. And, it's still there today. It may be laying dormant for now, but it's still there. Now is the time to contemplate this - Have you been conditioned to dim your spark of divine light?  Dimming it feels like crap. You feel lost, with no direction or purpose. But, when it's bright you feel aligned and you have a purpose.  What would happen if from a place of innocence and curiosity, you explored your light and asked for guidance in re-igniting it? You're being asked to re-ignite your inner spark.     The Warrior: Releasing Aggression

    The energy for this week is a little more intense... the warrior is a fire energy… Fire is destructive and transformative. It's a symbol of power- The warrior can be strong and courageous, but if out of balance, it can be aggressive and inflammatory… Because it came up with the manifestation card, I'm getting that this is about personal power and inner strength.  You have the ability to transform anxiousness and obsession into ease and flow when you are clear on what you want… The warrior and manifestation are both very active energies… if you are not clear on the path, you can quickly lose control of your own power. Acting out of power without direction can be very destructive. This is why self-awareness is important.  The next two cards that came up during this reading were apocolypsis… and the poet…  Apocolypsis is the archetype of revealing the unknown...lifting the veil...bringing darkness to light… and creating something new from the truth instead of the deceit that has festered… It coming up with the Poet, the truth teller… is profound… The poet archetype asks us to be wise and seek out the truth even in the darkest corners of our hearts, weaving personal experiences into the universal consciousness for healing and, again, transmutation…. This card is asking you to find your voice and heal, not hurt others. I always like to ask my guardian angels what they would like to see you do to with this energy… and the cards revealed Inner Child Healing and Blessings and Abundance… two separate cards… This is two fold… healing past trauma and also embracing the world with child-like wonder and enthusiasm… the way you did before you were conditioned out of your spark… that’s where your abundance lies. Trust your intuition… your spirit guides and angels are here to support you on your journey… Its time for you to share your story… share your voice… share the gifts and talents that you have… that’s how divine intelligence wants to work through you and that’s what you signed up for before you got here.     Me First: Boundaries & Self-Love

    The energy for the week is “Me”. The self.  There has been so much talk lately about self-care and focusing on self before others, which is great. It's important that you fill your cup before you pour into anyone else. We all get that on some level. But, you know, when I started pulling the oracle cards for this energy reading I realized there is so more to this. Self-care is also about setting healthy boundaries for yourself and others. Which is probably one of the hardest things to do. As a coach,  I hear it often, people want to give, almost to their own detriment, so much to others without any consideration of "ME". This spread is about manifesting from a place of power and that starts with setting clear boundaries and cleaning up your connections to ensure you maintain a healthy light field (aura). Your expansion… your leveling up…. Your spiritual growth… all of it is hinging on your ability to be POWERFUL!     Vitality: Affirmations For Embodying The Light

    The energy for this week is Vitality. Let’s take a moment to get grounded. Take a few deep breaths, listen to and repeat the affirmations and at the end of this episode, follow the journaling prompts to guide your energy into alignment with your higher self.   The energy of vitality is truly about the continuance of life. As human beings, to embody vitality, we need sustenance, both physical and spiritual. The physical body requires nutrients and the light field requires balance for energy to flow as needed. They depend on each other and when one is out of balance, the other responds.    To embody total vitality, feed your physical body and your light body for an energetic cycle that ensures continuance.
