    Revisiting... Open adoption: Staying in touch with birth parents

    In the last Revisits of the series, Stacey reconnects with Angie and Sherry, a couple from America who adopted a little girl in 2013 through open adoption, which encourages the birth parents to choose the adoptive parents themselves and to stay in touch with their child as they grow up. Stacey also catches up with fathers Jonathan and Frank and their son Apollo.

    Stacey reconnects with Roman, a 'prepper' from Austin, Texas, who she first met in 2018. Roman is part of a community of people who are all getting ready to face the end of the world as we know it, with concerns ranging from war to natural disasters, to civil unrest and climate change. Given the disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, does Roman feel more justified in taking his precautions?

    Revisiting... 'Mike': Working undercover to catch child abusers

    Stacey revisits a documentary she made in the Philippines in 2017, investigating Filipino mothers who sexually abuse children, often their own, in front of webcams in exchange for money. Stacey catches up with 'Mike', (not his real name), a US undercover special agent from Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) who conducts secret operations to arrest the mothers and rescue the children.     Revisiting... The Padre: Caring for migrants at the Mexico-US border

    Stacey revisits the story of the Padre – the Mexican priest who helps care for migrants before they make the dangerous illegal journey across the desert into the US. Stacey last saw the Padre in 2012, when under his protection, she gained unique access to the people smuggling operation in Altar, a town on the Mexico-US border controlled by drug cartels.

    Stacey revisits the story of controversial pro-life activist Jeff White - who runs anti-abortion summer camps for young people in the US. Stacey last saw Jeff in 2016, when she spent two weeks at one of his camps for a BBC TV documentary. She also follows up with one of the former campers, Yuni - whose life took an unexpected turn a few years after filming...

    Stacey revisits the story of ‘lifer’ Judy White – the pensioner who has spent over 40 years in prison without parole for her part in a murder-for-hire plot. It’s the documentary Stacey gets asked about the most – so she catches up with Judy’s daughter, Cynthia Djengue, as they await the decision over whether she will be granted an early release.
