The functional firefighter framework is a nonprofit organization that focuses on providing firefighters, the necessary tools and resources to combat the negative impacts of the job. We will be discussing policy, infrastructure, technology, character development, and many other resources that should be adopted by the fire service.

    Nick and Tony discuss technology that can be purchased to help improve the health of firefighters in three categories. The first thing discussed are items that firefighters can purchase themselves, the second is types of subscriptions to local businesses that provide a service and the third are larger purchases that the department can make to help evaluate personal during annual testing.
