    Our thoughts are the seeds of our actions, our actions influence our habits, and our habits determine our destiny. Whilst living abroad in Edinburgh, Scotland I begin a new career in Sales. I challenge my current thought patterns by letting go of the things that no longer serve me. I apply the 90/10 principle of Stephen Covey. This principle is life changing everyday I can have the best day just by becoming aware of my reactions to my current experience. This awareness helps me to live in a better state of mind allowing me to enjoy the best the world has to offer.

    Love is the essence of life, but when you have no love for yourself, it becomes challenging to love others. In this episode we explore the example of Carlos a Dominican raised in Italy. Carlos travels to Australia to learn English but when he is confronted daily by people that are not willing to help him, a beautiful lesson is learnt.
