A multi-sport athlete, she went on to play several sports in college and earned the title of Walk-On MVP for Westmont College’s soccer team, where she later graduated with a degree in Economics and Business. After nearly 30 years coaching youth athletes, Erica launched TeenSportsRadio — a vibrant radio show and podcast that has become a powerful platform for teens, nonprofits, and local businesses across Santa Barbara and beyond.
