Open The Voice Gate - The Pac Mini-Mixtape

Welcome back to Open The Voice Gate! Case (https://twitter.com/_inyourcase) and Mike (https://twitter.com/fujiiheya) are back with an update on the comings and goings of Dragongate. Mike is left solo this week, and instead of going in-depth into GLEAT, he’s doing something a bit different this week. After running through the news of Dragongate’s week and before previewing this weekend’s shows in Hakata, Mike spends the episode discussing a mini-deeper cut mix tape he put together celebrating PAC in light of his Brave Gate record being threatened by Ryoya Tanaka. He takes you through five matches, celebrating one of the greatest foreigners in company history when “The Bastard” was simply “The Man That Gravity Forgot!” A full match listing of footage covered during this episode can be found at the show post on www.voicesofwrestling.com or in the Open The Voice Gate channel on the VOW Discord. Those Days: A Michinoku Pro Retrospective Ep: 16 - World Championship Title Series

Welcome to Those Days: A Michinoku Pro Retrospective! Case (https://twitter.com/_inyourcase) and Mike (https://twitter.com/fujiiheya) return to Michinoku Pro and late July 1996 where MichiPro has entered a Title Match Frenzy! They discuss the changing Japanese media climate before getting into The Great Sasuke and Tiger Mask IV’s July CMLL Mexico tour. From there, it’s time to talk about The World Championship Title Series tour, try to figure out the legitimacy of the Central American Middleweight Title, observe the growth of the young roster. Soon it’s August 5th, 1996 and it’s time to go to Sumo Hall for the J-Crown Finals between Ultimo Dragon and Sasuke, and the night that completely changed Sasuke’s physical trajectory. To finish up, they return to The World Championship Title Series and a new top Michinoku Pro match, and matches to hunt down!
