    Who Doesn't Love A Birth Story?

    People have requested birth stories and since we both LOVE birth stories (all of them!) we each told a story from when one of our babies was born. And Erica really stole the show with a story about getting her butt cheeks taped open. I can't make this stuff up.

And while she was awfully thirsty, the stadiums and hill workouts proved to be enough to survive the day with minimal soreness so we are calling it a success.
