Avram took over Chelsea when they were in a very tough time. He turned things around and that same season Chelsea was one PK away from winning the Champions League Final, which was also the first CL final in the club's history. The club also competed for the championship and right up until the last game of the season, the quality of the playing and the enjoyment of watching the football from both the individually and as a team was exceptional, Something that got the fans and the media behind the team once again. here's the real story behind the time in Chelsea

Today on "Win Your MInd", Avram will share with us his time in Portsmouth 

Avram joined Portsmouth in november 2009, after seven consecutive loses of the club prior to him joining. By january 2010 the team had a few very good results, including one win against Liverpool.  

Then came the twist: 

On January 2010 the owners sold players without his knowledge, the owners and directors had left and if that wasn't enough,  the team was penalized and points were deducted. Everybody thought that Avram should leave. The situation was rough to say the least. 

Despite all that , Avram decided to stay and led the team all the way to the FA cup final! While winning over Tottenham  (2:0) , and losing in the final to Chelsea  (1:0)  Which was obviously a huge success.
