11. Easter Sunday
"He is not here, for he has risen, as he said he would” (Mt 28:5-6). That is the wonderful news that we celebrate today, that Christ is risen. And that is a reason too for a new joy.
As the news of the resurrection spreads we contemplate the altogether special appearance of Jesus to Mary his mother and also his appearance to the holy women. A meditation by Fr Tom Dowd. -
