SUPERB!!

Katie loving loving LOVING your podcasts. Was on my way home from Ennis listening to you and Aisling Fraser talking about our connection to Mother Earth- so beautiful. Just listening to Karen the forest bather. Inspiring. Thanks so much and keep ‘em coming 💖💖💖💖

Both relaxing and inspring, always leaves me wanting to head for adventure!

I love this podcast. It feels like spending time with a lovely friend hearing about their fascinating and at times hair-raising adventures! Cait’s relaxing voice and gorgeous Spanish are just the silver lining of a podcast that leaves you plotting to grab your backpack, flag down a bus and free your soul. At its core it is filled with love and appreciation for the planet and how we can look after it, and a reminder that we are all one. I can’t recommend enough.

Blissful Adventures

Kates stories are wonderfully told and a real pleasure to feel the richness and aliveness of our planet. Loving the respect she has for nature and how we can all learn tips and tricks to live a more balanced life on this Earth. Lovely relaxing tone and it has become one of my top podcasts to listen too - a warm and optimistic feel.
