I love science, so it will be the main topic of discussion. However there will be other topics that I will cover. Anything that I cover is going to be something that I am genuinely interested in, and I'm going to say in a way that I think is interesting and easily understandable. I am interested in the nuance of biological mechanisms, outer space, ancient civilizations, the subspecies of humans, video games, music, and other good podcasts. I hope that talking about topics that I am passionate about can also inspire people to learn about something that they never knew they would love.

    Meditation and Biohacking

    In this episode I go over a few activities that can affect our gene expression, ergo why I even mentioned Biohacking. I am focusing mostly on meditation, and I will touch on a few interesting things about fasting. I am interested in anything that can improve my health or maintain a healthy body. Good health is the most important thing we take for granted; myself included. I have replaced a night's worth of sleep with meditation before, and in this episode I go into why I think that is. I am entering the realm at the edge of science; I am talking about things in this episode that we don't fully understand. We understand fasting more than we do sleep; and we all sleep more than we fast.     Living in the Plastic Age and Microplastic Sand

    Hello World, this by far is one of the most depressing topics I am interested in. I cover the severity of microplastics in our environment, how they affect us, and what we can do to solve this problem. I see the solution in Biology; life has already found a way, we just need to utilize it. There are microbes that have been found that can metabolize some plastics, and I lay out my ideas to how we could implement a solution. I even cover what I think would be some unintended consequences to the solution.     Stem Cells & the End Game: Building Better Bodies

    In this episode I cover the topic of Stem Cells, ranging from what they are to how we optimize them to benefit the human species.  There are many ways of manipulated Stem Cells, and I go over a few ways that researchers have identified. The use of microRNA and its implications for Stem Cells is covered as well.  If we are able to manipulate Stem Cells however we please, it could be revolutionary for biotechnology and quality of life.     Garlic Breath, Cancer, & Cannabis

    In this episode I talk about some novel compounds that have been discovered in Cannabis within the last 6 months. I always say, "There has to be something else we're missing besides Cannabinoids and Terpenes in what makes Cannabis beneficial." Way weirder than you would think, and there are amazing applications that we can apply to viruses.  We can potentially use viruses as the blueprint for biotechnology the way that we used the blueprint of birds to make planes and the blueprints of Bacteria to isolate and optimize CRISPR.

    Homo sapiens are More Complicated Than We Think

    I talk about the relationship of many human species ranging from modern Homo sapiens, Neanderthals, Denisovans, and the Paracas People of Peru. The history of our species is incredible, and there is so much we still do not know. I talk about the facts we do know, the arrogance of archeology, and a sub-species of human that are taboo to talk about but existed.  The Paracas People of Peru had elongated skulls, and their DNA has been tested. This is a mystery that should be discussed by more academics. Neanderthals and Denisovans also had larger skulls than modern humans, but the shape was different. The size or volume of the skull is not as important as the structures that can develop due to the shape of the skull.   I try to be clear when I talk about undisputed scientific facts versus what my interpretation of things are. If I find that anything I said was wrong, I will correct myself in the future.
