To fiIter out the historical teachings handed down by God to His annointed. I was Christened on Nov 18th, 79, 28 day's after i was born. I wasted 35 years travelling on a windy road with bump's like addiction & crime. I must say that many times i went sick rather than do something i knew was highly immoral. Of course i did so much wrong but i believe God prevented me from doing something i could not come back from like maybe a robbery or something, situations were people die. I earned my money. I had a supernatural experience in 2015{long story} & i found CA where i found so many answers. I had people telling me i just needed to accept Christ & i was all set for Heaven but that seemed shallow to me. Of course i wanted Heaven but i also wanted to enjoy my life as a Christian with no fear of death. I knew to live, not me but Christ living thru me, is the Christian message. And i learned to live this & to share it by listening to CA Live. I turn to James when challenged on works. When someone uses the google definition for religion to put me down, i use the Biblical definition found in James 1:26-27 to defend why i live a religous life. CA has helped me see that what i believe is rock solid & i have nothing to fear because unlike many others, we are open to any question regarding what we believe.
