On top of that she is a multi award winning blogger & Podcast host of 'The Wall' podcast. She started off her career by working with cocoa brown and has been living & working in New York for the past 3 years.     This week we are joined by a Nutritionist & Coach, Brian Ohaonghusa. He is the head coach of 'The Fit Clinic' which provides online nutrition coaching to it's clients. He describes himself as a people helper and a health guy. He graduated from UCD in human nutrition and has completed level 1 and 2 from Precision Nutrition. He previously worked with BodyFirst nutrition but now work's full time with the Fit Clinic. He is fascinated with many different things including Stoic Philosophy, Physical Training and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.


    In this episode we discuss what optimal health looks like, how relationships affect your health, power of solitude, ensuring you have enough nutrients in your diet along with many other super interesting topics

    This week I sit down with a vegan bodybuilder, Puru Schout. He has been been involved with Bodybuilding since his teenage years and has been completely plant based for the past 3 years. He has competed in numerous bodybuilding competitions over the years and most recently competed in the Dutch Nationals where he placed second . He is a sponsored athlete by Body & Fit Netherlands and also a member of 'Health Lion's which is a movement that focuses on 'health while also being a lion in and out of the gym'. In this episode we talk about his why for going plant based, what his training routine looks like along with the challenges he has encountered over the years.

    This week we are joined by the world renowned artist, Fred Curtis. Fred is a crystal glass cutter who has learned his craft at the world famous Waterford Crystal with a career that spans over 45 years. The list of celebrities & personalities that can place Fred's work on their mantle piece is wide ranging and very impressive. Barack Obama, Mother Teresa, Queen Elizabeth, Mohammed Ali, Clint Eastwood, Jimmy Carter are just a few of these people.


    When he was just a teenager he stumbled upon glass cutting by chance, he fell in love with the whole process and the rest is history. He started of by messing around and creating little animals and flowers from solid pieces of glass and when his colleagues found out what he could do, they started asking for pieces themselves. His expertise & skill grew as the years went on and he has created remarkable pieces of work such the shamrock bowl that was presented to Barrack Obama, awards for many occasions, such as the inductees of the world golf hall of fame, National Ploughing Championships, Formula One trophy, Tipperary international piece award, Miss America trophy and many others

    This week I am joined by Conor Leen who is the CEO of the social enterprise Stampify. Stampify is a physical loyalty card that operates just like a normal loyalty but with a key few differences. First, you can use the card with any partnered business and secondly instead of claiming a free meal the partnered business will instead donate to Mary's Meals. Stampify has provided over 100,000 meals to developing countries and continues to do so at an accelerating pace.
