The hosts got to hear each of their perspectives on being a woman in academia, dealing with bias, and striving to make the university a better place for all students. Love this podcast, stumbled across it on Instagram. Such an easy listen, both the girls seem so fun and have an amazing insight into breaking into the tech world. Definitely worth a listen.
