    remembering when with MaryRose Shanahan

    During this week’s episode of Greener Fields Hannah chats with MaryRose Shanahan from Leap in West Cork — a Pilates teacher and the founder of Wild Atlantic Recovery, a mobile sports recovery business. After finishing she made the decision to move to Dubai, navigating a breakup and life away from home for the first time. That choice sparked three years of travel, during which she lived in seven countries, including Bali, Australia, France, Thailand, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, and Dubai. In this episode she reflects on recognising when her life no longer felt aligned, the lessons she learned through self-development, completing her yoga teacher training in Thailand, and working as a recovery coach across Southeast Asia. Growing up in Westport, Máire went on to complete both her undergrad and Masters in Galway.     Greener fields is back! After a little break where I finished up my Master's in Psychotherapy, I am so excited to bring back greener fields. This podcast has been something which I have always loved and I really am so happy to be back having more meaningful conversations with people at home and abroad where I can continue to ask the ever important question - where is the grass greener?
