Look at loss.

This podcast makes comforting listening . It unravels the various threads of the grieving process. It is helpful to realise that many of the things one experiences when bereavement occurs are universal. It allows the power of these reactions to be eroded. I recognised the truth of the statement that ones emotions can be experienced as fear. Insights like this, and understanding of the roots of sadness are indeed helpful. I hope to listen more in the future. The tone of the conversation is unsentimental. It's practical,,and rooted in real experiences.
