For this milestone episode it couldn’t be anybody else in the guest seat other than KG’s own, Jeremy Keys!  And for Jeremy, there could be no other movie worth revisiting than the 1986 Jim Henson cult-classic: Labyrinth.  Between David Bowie’s performance, David Bowie’s hair, and David Bowie’s bulge — there was plenty to discuss.  Will this movie end up in the Bog of Eternal Stench or is it worthy of Jeremy’s patented display of love — a sheet cake from Acme?  The goblins are taking the Kid Goggles hosts away for the summer, so be sure to listen to Hardwork Movement and the KG catalog all summer long!

Shine bright, shine far, this week’s star is none other than KG’s own co-host, the marvelous Stacie Lyons!  Stacie could still remember all the words (and dance moves) to this movie’s theme song, but was this Tyra Banks/Lindsay Lohan vehicle as magical as she remembered?  Did anybody ever realize that Lohan was a sorcerer?  Did anybody arrest the homicidal truck driver that tried to run her down?  And did she see those new shoes at the mall?  Maybe you’ll find out in episode 2 of the “School’s Out for the Summer” series!

The one thing that the wonderful and hilarious, Kate Fruhman, loved about her childhood? All the damn vampires. Oh, and all the Corey Haim.  Mostly just the Corey Haim.  Book-ended on a VHS tape by The Secret of NIMH and a terrifying Martin Sheen voodoo movie, this ’80s cult-classic became Kate’s secret obsession. But does the quality still hold up all these years later, or is this sultry horror/thriller/comedy worth recording over?  Either way, that saxophone guy…

WORK THAT BODY and then settle down for Prince and the Pauper meets Kid ‘n Play in this 1992 teen romp starring zero teenagers.  The insanely talented hip-hop artist, Chill Moody, has loved Class Act ever since he was seven and snuck into the theater to see Duncan and Blade avoiding crop-top-wearing drug dealers and thirsty AF teachers, and then lay down an anti-drug rap at a party thrown by the one-and-only Paulie Shore aka The Weasel.  Class is in session, buh-uuhddieees!
