    This is an episode that I almost don’t upload. During the time that I had planned for the shooting, it start raining super hard. If you watch the YouTube video you will see me struggling to keep my sanity. But in the end, I overcame my perfectionism and decided to leave those parts, after all, I promised an honest approach. In this episode, I share the meeting structure that we are currently testing with our team to make it more participative.
