    Friends, the little things, and life! (I'm back!)

    For this episode I wanted to be able to capture the importance of not always being a bad B! and that is ok, because it is important how you come back from a dark place. In this episode I talk about my issues with depression and anxiety and how I have slowly been able to overcome it. I also talk about leaving friends behind, friends that I lost along the way of finding myself, and spending less time on social media.
