Enjoying this but

Enjoying this but the telephone interviews are very hard to hear and in some cases should not have been used. I’ve turned off a few times out of sheer frustration.

Click bait podcast - appalling rubbish

So a podcast that says at opening is not accusing parents goes on to continually put them in the frame : really lowest common denominator - often appalling sound quality and rounds up every conspiracy theorist to justify a non story - as in reality podcast makers have zero to add to what happened to the child and simply base this around a discredited Portuguese investigator who decided parents were culprits and stopped looking beyond that. Horrified what stuff like this does for the family - after years of investigations a cheap shot podcast decides to make a name on a missing child ( who was never called Maddie by the way). Also guys do ask an Irish person how to pronounce Drogheda -if you can't get that right ... ! The Netflix doc is factual and actual debunks all the mad theories and conspiracy nonsense in this podcast - watch Netflix if you want a more researched storyline. Appalling sound quality and even worse journalism.Appalling stuff -(when you are quoting a tabloid like The Sun as backing you up you are definitely losing ) : Avoid.

Very interesting points raised.

There are questions raised here that need to be answered. The dna offer for example. Why not jump at the chance to get more modern technology to look at the facts ? It makes no sense. I’ll forgive him mispronouncing the Irish town drogheda as I couldn’t pronounce his surname either. Hardly important to the case itself though.
