The year of the pandemic is passing and we look to 2021 and beyond. There are five areas of focus for your personal and professional life and each of those five needs to have three things. In this episode we look at what is required to be successful in the coming year. SPOILER ALERT: Goals are not enough. You must have systems in place. You may be like me and are looking for tools to keep focus. I use a digital calendar for my appointments, but this did not help me define or track progress to my goals. No Links or Call-to-Action Here: Just Prepping for 2021

This is not a sales push – you won’t find any links or “immediate action discounts”. The only “call-to-action” part of this episode is my admonition that you take a serious look at what’s happened in 2020 and decide who you want to be twelve months from now. There are five areas of you life where you need intentional focus. If you want to grow and develop with intention, then each of these three areas must have a metric, target, and initiative. Listen to the episode to learn more. James Clear (author of Atomic Habits) reminds us that we do not rise to the level of our goals - we sink to the level of our systems.
