The Best

Quite simply the gold standard by which all other history podcasts are measured. Well researched, clearly delivered with humour. I plan to go back and listen to it gain from the beginning.

Sublime

Mike Duncan (of the History of Rome) doing what Mike Duncan does best - gripping narrative history, this time tackling discreet periods and eras that become intertwined over time. I'm not surprised he's off to France to write a book, his coverage of the French revolution here is epic. Loved the Latin American wars of independence too, hell, love it all full stop.

This is one of the best and most compelling podcast series I have come across. Mike Duncan breaths life and context into these historical events. These podcasts are really worth your time.
