The relaxed banter between them both, as well as the great knowledge of web development they have, makes the show both entertaining and good for learning. At the same time, when neither Chris nor Dave have a clue as to an answer, or an implementation, they say it. Freely. You listen long enough, and you feel like you're a 'part of team' - well almost. I'm the same age with similar paths to them both, so maybe that's what makes the tractor beams so powerful.
