    2022 was a year of transformation for me and probably others. This episode dives into my return, the completion of my first degree, and words of wisdom into 2023 to my single parents (males/females). Transformation starts with you! creating the life that you desire and deserve can be scary due to the unknown, but your transformation begins when you first think of it, your second step will follow with action and self-trust, and the third step is motivation.     Changing my mindset to help my son.

    Experiencing an abusive upbringing and choosing to change my narrative from negative to positive by connecting with myself. I had to change my mindset in positive way that enable me to help my son make the right decisions. The journey of a single parent is not alway smooth. It take lots of  self courage and determination when your child/children who are your cheerleader are too young to understand our pain.     As parents, try to understand your children/ child's point of view whenever they want to communicate. Giving your child the opportunity to be open  and communicate without being disrespectful allows them willingly to share their thoughts with us (parents).
