    Cirque du Planning Act

    We speak to Brendan Slattery of McCann FitzGerald LLP about the new Planning & Development Act. Brendan is a partner at McCann in the Environmental and Planning law division.  He does an incredible job of breaking down the new law and what its likely effects are. There are a lot of surprises, and not the good kind.     Family (Business) Matters

    Kate Rhatigan, with her brother and sister, runs Winterbrook, a home builder based in Dublin. In our chat, Kate describes the contribution small builders like Winterbrook make to the supply of housing, describes what it is like working in a male dominated industry and tells a quite incredible story about why her face was on posters around south Dublin (hint: it was to do with planning).
