Join Cal & Rachel Neff on their unique journey through life as they navigate an interesting and adventurous life. Each week's update is recorded from the inside of a repurposed aircraft hangar on their property at an airport community full of stories. Cal is a professional distance runner, sponsored athlete, coach, race director, pilot (hang gliding and paragliding), and search and rescue volunteer. Rachel is in corporate leadership, mother, pursuing a private pilot license, an ultra-marathon runner, and helps run the trail racing business. Together, raising four daughters and their Frenchie.

    S1E10: The Masters of No Training

    In this episode of The Neff Pace, Cal and Rachel dive into their recent trip to Utah.     S1E9: From Texas Trails to Tokyo and Everything Between

    After a two-month break, The Neff Pace is back! Cal and Rachel catch up on all things life—race directing, training highs (including a Fastest Known Time on Texas' highest peaks during a search and rescue trip), and lows (like Cal’s injury at The Canyons 100K). Rachel shares stories from Tokyo and getting ready for a marathon.     S1E8: Spring Break Rodeo
