How to play with your children

We prepare for parenting in a host of different ways, learning to feed, burp and soothe our child. We think about teaching them to talk and read, but we rarely think about playing with them. Increasingly we know the importance of play, how it teaches children to build relationship and empathy, strategy, manners and persistence but many of us don't know how we play with our children. Marina's guest this week is Daisy Upton, aka The Five Minute Mum, who explains why play is such an important part of children's lives and how, in just a few minutes, we can set up fun games. Ivf podcast

Finally someone tackles the ins and outs of ivf. Everyone talks about the emotional side of it and how grueling it can be which of course is true. But the mystery around it was addressed in this podcast as to what it entails. I have recently completed a failed round and am about to tackle round two. I have listened to quite a few podcasts on the topic in the past and no one actually explains what it is and what the steps are so you are left imagining it to be worse than it is.Thank you so much ladies for really explaining it, especially Dr. Chiara.

So informative yet fun. It strikes the perfect balance between sharing really comprehensive important information for mums/mums to be but with a sense of realism and practicality. Thank you so much!!!!! I’m 35 weeks pregnant and you are really helping to ease the fear!!!
