Insightful and interesting.
Came across this after hearing about from a friend. I have an interest in all things therapy related so was immediately drawn to this recommendation. I find every podcast very different and insightful. Nice that it’s on a local level and not celebrity related. Definitely worth a listen.
If you like listening to therapy, then this is the place
A lot like listening to a therapy session for better or worse. Some guests tend to overthink about themselves and their topics.
