In this episode, Daphne and Gina were joined by Ashley Sapiente and Grace Hamerschlag, of the Haydenettes, who won silver at the 2024 World Synchronized Skating Championships in Zagreb, Croatia in early April. The team is most successful synchronized skating team in U.S. history, with 31 U.S. titles and six world medals.

Daphne and Gina were joined by 2022 U.S. Solo Dance National Champion Lucas Appel, who recently competed in his first international competition in March. He won gold at the Maria Olszewska Memorial in Lodz, Poland. It was the first time a U.S. skater has competed internationally in solo dance.
