Uplifting

Aisling’s podcast is one I so look forward to every second week! There are always great take home tips and her positivity is so inspiring. I’ve listened back to some of the episodes a couple of times as always take something new. I’ve recommended this to friends who have come back and said it’s really helped them too! Definitely worth a listen!

Really insightful and lovely to listen to

I’ve been following Aisling on Instagram for awhile now and was delighted when she started her podcasts. They’re so insightful and easy to listen to on a commute into work / perfect for some downtime / mindfulness time!
Every topic is very relatable especially Aisling’s discussion around binge eating, social comparison etc.
