    RAVING IN IBIZA: Tyrone’s new sound love for the island & do women enjoy wolf whistles?

    The lads return after a hectic month for both. Tyrone has been on a speaking tour, whilst Tommy has been doing comedy gigs. In that time, Tommy convinced Tyrone to do another live show. Tyrone enjoyed it that much that he wants to do another! Tyrone tells us about all the activism he’s been getting up to over the last month. He’s met so many new people, and it’s been a struggle to make so much small talk. The lads argue over the editing process for the whiskey n white TikTok account. Tyrone says he doesn’t trust Tommy to do it. The lads take us on a trip down memory lane as they reminisce about the first time they were allowed to go downtown without an adult. Then they talk about their first time in the party paradise of Ibiza. And then they ask the question, ‘Do women like wolf whistles?’. A return episode filled with plenty of laughs.     BIG WIN AT WINDSOR! Tyrone stops Dylan Moran for a second time, says he’s not retiring & the lads pay tribute to Ricky Hatton RIP

    This week Team McKenna talks about how the training camp went for Tyrone’s big fight. Tommy and Gin talk about how grumpy Tyrone is when he’s in fight mode. Tyrone apologises to Tommy for the way he treated him during the fight.  Despite his temper tantrums, Tyrone says he felt great during the fight week and was very happy with how his camp went. He commends Tommy and Gin for the job they did, although he said he will never respect Tommy's advice when it comes to weight cuts.   Tommy and Gin said they felt pressure going into this fight because it would have been a bad reflection on them if Tyrone didn’t win.   Tyrone announced before the fight that this would be his last, but has made a U-turn on that decision and vows to fight on! He gives a detailed recap of the fight and gives his opponent, Dylan Moran, credit for boxing a smarter fight than they had in their first encounter.    The lads then all pay respect to the great boxing champion, Ricky Hatton, who sadly passed away the day after Tyrone’s fight.    Another cracking episode that gives you a feel of what it’s like to get ready for a championship bout.     PALESTINIAN REFUGEE CAMP; Tyrone talks about staying in the Aida camp, & heated exchange with Tommy

    Tyrone is back from his trip to Palestine and tells us about his experience. He went there to work in the young people living in the refugee camp who attend the boxing gym. He says the training sessions was a way they could escape the pressure of daily pressure life in Palestine. He talks about the division between Israelis and Palestinians and how hard it is for Palestinians living there. Since returning home he talks about the hate he’s received online from pro Israel supporters. Tyrone also is preparing for a big fight against Dylan Moran in Windsor Park. Tyrone beat him last year but this time Tommy is training him alone with Mark Ginley. Tyrone reflects on the previous fight and he plans to knock him out again. Tommy says since retiring he’s been trying to stay away from boxing but he keeps getting dragged back. He talks about how his 6 year old daughter has started boxing also and how he feels about it. The lads then go on to talk about out the food reviews that they have started and how it has caused tension between the pair because of Tommys camera skills.     BUSKER BREAKS THE INTERNET; John Garrity on going viral, performing with Kodaline & busking

    This week we are joined by Belfast Busking sensation, John Garrity. He tells us about his humble beginning in rural Fermanagh. Growing up surrounded by music and how a school teacher helped him build his confidence to perform. He talks about coming to Belfast to try it out but after having a great time busking in the city centre and some encouragement from friends and family, he decided to move to Belfast full time. He talks about being scouted by Simon Cowell’s talent agents to try out for ‘Britain's Got Talent’ and ‘I Can See Your Voice’. Although he was asked to go on the show, it wasn’t what he thought and hoped it would be. He discusses being an independent artist and has no aspirations of signing to a label. The career highlight for John so far has been performing with Kodaline in the Nolan show. And we finish this episode with a song dedicated to Tyrone while he is out in Palestine with the children.     TEA WITH ME FC; Tommy talks having Ryan Giggs in back pocket, Tyrone’s new tattoo & Kneecap support

    This week, the lads talk about Tommy playing in the Tea With Me FC v Premiership Legends match. Tyrone paid for a ticket to go and watch, but felt like Tommy should have gotten him sorted with a free one, as he always sorts Tommy with free tickets to his events.    They talk about the 2 weeks of good weather that Belfast got and how the place goes mad every time the sun comes out.  The lads went out day drinking in the good weather, which resulted in Tyrone booking into get a tattoo while steaming drunk. He was so drunk that he forgot he had made the booking until the tattoo artist texted him to confirm the appointment.   Tyrone says he feels like Tommy has stopped inviting him to hang out and believes Tommy wants to keep him separate from his black friends. Tommy says Tyrone used to go out every week without him, so it’s a case of what goes around comes around.   Tyrone blames his ADHD for not checking his emails, and Tommy talks about being an ally of the Irish traveller community.   This is another hilarious episode with the two best friends.     TURNING DREAMS TO REALITY; Tom Smyth on goal setting, private jets & making millions in furniture

    This week, we are joined by one of our first guests on the show, Tom Smyth. He explains the details of the dream mentoring program and what you can gain from it. The importance of writing down your goals. He has been writing his goals and journaling for years. He tells us how he wrote his goal of being an actor into existence. After writing it a few years ago, he got a role in a Terry Stone movie. Additionally, he has now ventured into the furniture business and is making international deals worth millions of dollars. He calls out Tommy about his goals and questions whether he is taking the massive action to make them come true. Tommy asks him why he always flies private instead of first class. He talks about the struggle of always being on the grind whilst trying to be present for his family. He then goes on his journey of sobriety. He says nothing good comes from alcohol.
