104 | Where is Yoga Going? | Feat. Jason Crandell

104 | Where is Yoga Going? | Feat. Jason Crandell

I am so excited to share this discussion with my teacher Jason Crandell. He is a HUGE inspiration to me and my yoga journey. In our talk we discuss where yoga has been and where it's going. Jason shares about his past experience of yoga in the 80s and how it's growing. He shares that he doesn't want to get too hung up on how things are changing because change is inevitable.

    102 | Fierce Calm #yogasavedmylife | Feat. Selena Garefino

    102 | Fierce Calm #yogasavedmylife | Feat. Selena Garefino

In this episode I chat with Selena Garefino. Selena shares her personal story that goes into detail about dealing with body dysmorphia, having several life changing surgeries and losing her spouse. She speaks her truth and gives insight into her practice and relationship with yoga. We agree that we all have to do the work, listen to ourselves, and take responsibility for our own healing.

101 | Dharma Dudes: What Did We Learn This Year? | Feat. Rocky Heron

101 | Dharma Dudes: What Did We Learn This Year? | Feat. Rocky Heron

Rocky is back and we reflect on this past year and how we have grown. We conclude that we have no f*cks to give. We are who we are. We talk about boundaries, learning lessons, and not worrying about what others think of us.
We do the real talk about the hard things we went through in 2019 and our plan for 2020.
This is the last show for this year!

    100 | 100th episode special | Feat. ME!

    100 | 100th episode special | Feat. ME!

Can you believe it! We made it to 100 episodes!
It's been a whirlwind of real talk on the past 100 episodes with the most inspirational yoga leaders. It feels really good to normalize certain conversations and shed light on those places in the yoga world that some shy away from.
In today's show Susannah interviews me on the highlights that have happened since we started this podcast 3 years ago. I reveal my top two favorite guests that I've had on the show (even though we don't have favorites). I also share the plans for this podcast moving forward and who my next dream podcasts guests would be.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for showing up and listening in. Cheers to the next 100 shows.
If we haven't yet, let's meet in person! Join me in Portugal for my retreat in April! Let's live this life together. https://dannipomplun.com/yoga-offerings/retreats/

    99 | A Year Later | Feat. Krista Ripma

    99 | A Year Later | Feat. Krista Ripma

Krista is a heart centered business owner and entrepreneur. She is real, raw, and authentic. She was on our show last year and to hear where she's at one year later is inspiring. There's been so much shift and change for the both of us.
The biggest is that we both needed to create space for ourselves and learn how to reset. We reflected a ton on some major lessons from this past year. We get into success versus happiness and how to stay on track.
One note that I heard from Krista - Choose everyday to be authentic. The more honest we are with ourselves. The more it will trigger other people. Be you and take care of yourself to shine.
Thank you everyone for supporting the show! Listen and enjoy!
