I’m sharing ACTIONABLE steps to get things done AND have time for yourself… Apps I mention: Apple Notes Journal by Apple Craft as a part of SetApp (my affiliate link to this AMAZING app is https://go.setapp.com/invite/muuxw9lq) ✨ Workflowy ✨  All of these can be used on your fave device… most of the time I use my iPhone 15 Pro Max The real secret is in the night before, and Sundays… listen to learn more!
