WARNING, today's show will speak about some difficult areas such as suicide, mental health and grief. Today we meet Catherine whose soul mate Callum ended his own life. She is going to talk to us all about him but more importantly about her and her journey through grief and the impact on her and Callum's friends and family. Today's message is this.
