The Path That Meanders: Plants, Sovereignty & Trusting the Redirection with Christena Shreve Elza

Some conversations make more sense after you’ve lived the next chapter. This is one of them. In this episode of In My Experience, recorded March 16, 2026, I’m joined again by my good friend Christena Shreve-Elza. We talk about plants, creativity, shamanic yoga, personal sovereignty, and creating a life that genuinely feels like your own. Christena and I share a love of landscaping and working with our bodies. We talk about how healing it can be to get outside, transform a space, make something beautiful, and physically see the results of your work. With more than 25 years in the plant industry and a background in interior design, historic preservation, and yoga, Christena has begun combining her gifts through shamanic yoga. She shares what happened when she brought movement, music, meditation, rattling, spirit, and intuition together for her first community class. Our conversation moves through plant intelligence, natural building, religion, history, food sovereignty, AI, and the importance of thinking for ourselves. We also talk about getting quiet enough to hear our own guidance and remembering that constant productivity is not the only way to live a meaningful life. The part that gets me is what happened near the end. I told Christena I kept hearing September. I could see myself traveling to Tennessee and somehow meeting her in Georgia. And boy, was I right. I’ll be returning to Tennessee in September after moving my cob-building workshop to the later session. Following the move into my camper and everything it took to get on the road, I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and underprepared. Instead of forcing myself through it, I changed the plan. I was already feeling strong astrological themes around change and reconsidering commitments when an unexpected opportunity to address an issue with my truck shifted my timeline again. I had also traveled to Tennessee after being invited by the monks to volunteer at their community. I believed I would begin August 1, but the day before, I felt deeply conflicted. I cried, listened to what was happening in my body, and began muscle testing my plans. Every answer came back as a solid no, and I kept being led to stay where I was. So that is what I’m doing. This experience reminded me that trusting yourself doesn’t always look like confidently moving forward. Sometimes it means admitting you’re tired, changing the plan, or pausing at the last possible moment. The invitation can be real and the destination can be right while the path—or the timing—still changes. We talk about: Healing through plants, landscaping, and physical creationChristena’s first shamanic yoga classArchitecture, cob building, and natural designPlant intelligence and our relationship with natureQuestioning inherited stories and systemsBalancing technology with intuition and creativityTrusting redirection instead of forcing a planChristena Shreve-Elza is soon to be published an author, landscape designer, plant professional, yoga teacher, and shamanic yoga facilitator. Don’t Filter the Message: Mediumship, Animal Communication & Heaven on Earth with Lisa Miller

In this episode of In My Experience, I reconnect with psychic medium and animal communicator Lisa Miller nearly five years after she first helped me understand my own spiritual sensitivity. When I originally worked with Lisa, my life looked completely different. I was still married, living on the property I shared with my husband and daughter, and trying to make sense of the spiritual experiences my daughter and I were having. Lisa gave me language for energy, spirit, timelines, dimensions, and intuitive perception before my own understanding of reality completely changed. Now, five years later, I’m speaking with her from my fifth wheel after leaving that life, rebuilding, choosing a new path of travel, homeschooling, and learning natural building. This conversation is less of a formal interview and more of a spiritual reunion. Lisa and I talk about how awakening continues to unfold in layers, how healing changes over time, and why forgiveness does not require pretending that painful experiences were acceptable. We explore soul contracts, aging, illness, grief, personal sovereignty, intuitive children, clairsentience, spiritual sensitivity, synchronicities, alternate realities, and the challenge of living a human life while perceiving things that do not always fit inside the accepted version of reality. I also share what was happening with my son’s cat, Mac, who had just been hospitalized with congestive heart failure. Lisa connects with Mac’s energy and suggests that part of his purpose is caring for the other animals around him. That leads us into a conversation about animal consciousness, emotional connection, distance healing, and the importance of giving animals purpose, love, and support 3 One of the clearest messages in this episode is: don’t filter. Lisa explains that the information we receive may feel random, small, or imagined, but that does not mean it is meaningless. Sometimes the detail that makes no sense to the person receiving it is exactly what someone else needs to hear. We also talk about learning to trust the body’s signals, the need for validation when developing intuitive gifts, and the moment when that trust begins to come from within. This episode contains candid discussion of personal spiritual beliefs, paranormal experiences, grief, health, medical care, public institutions, and theories about reality. These are personal experiences and opinions, not medical advice or independently verified claims. Please use your own discernment. The Body's Warning: Losing Alignment and Finding It Again with Stefan Glazer

The Body's Warning: Losing Alignment and Finding It Again with Stefan Glazer What if your body isn't working against you... but trying to get your attention? In this episode of In My Experience, I sit down with author, photographer, podcaster, and sound healer Stefan Glazer to explore a profound health crisis that challenged everything he thought he knew about healing. After stepping away from the practices that once kept him grounded, Stefan experienced a serious decline in his health that didn't fit neatly into conventional medical explanations. While seeking medical care, he also began looking inward, reconnecting with meditation, presence, and the awareness that had become secondary to the demands of everyday life. As his health returned, so did a deeper sense of purpose. For years, Stefan had been receiving subtle intuitive nudges about creating a retreat and sound healing space. Today, alongside his partner Shannon, that vision is becoming reality through The Pneuma Collective, a space devoted to meditation, sound, community, and conscious living. This conversation isn't about choosing spirituality instead of medicine. It's about exploring the possibility that healing can be multidimensional, and asking what happens when we begin listening to our bodies before they have to scream. In this episode, we discuss: Stefan's unusual health crisis and what it taught himThe connection between meditation, mental wellbeing, and physical healthWhy losing daily spiritual practices can quietly pull us out of alignmentLearning to recognize the body's early warning signsThe role of intuition in healing and life decisionsSound healing and the power of frequencyReceiving years of "breadcrumbs" that led to creating a retreat spaceBuilding The Pneuma Collective with his partner, ShannonFollowing invitations instead of forcing outcomesWhat it means to live in greater alignment with yourselfAbout Stefan Glazer Stefan Glazer is an aligned photographer based in New Mexico, capturing the beauty of the world through a conscious lens. The Other Side Is Beautiful: Finding Your Voice and Taking Back the Reins with Christena Shreve-Elza

In this episode of In My Experience, I’m joined by my dear friend Christena Shreve-Elza for a raw, honest conversation about creativity, divorce, emotional safety, grief, boundaries, and what can happen when life completely dismantles the version of you that existed before. Christena had recently returned from Mexico, where she spent time in retreat with Chrys Kyng, and the I Am the Medicine community, before giving herself space to rest, integrate, and focus on writing her book, Plants Like People. We talk about ideas as seeds and how the things we are called to create often need time, attention, pruning, and patience before they are ready to be shared. Sometimes the seed is planted years before we finally become the person who can bring it fully to life. Our conversation opens into so much more, and there is a reason this episode is marked explicit! Christena and I share personal experiences involving divorce, emotional and verbal abuse, miscarriage, arrest, incarceration, custody, and the unexpected freedom that can appear when everything familiar falls away. We talk about what it means to feel safe, the ways women are often punished for finally responding after years of being pushed beyond their limits, and the importance of finding your voice after being silenced, dismissed, or gaslit. We also explore the slingshot effect of being pulled so far into the darkness that, once released, you move forward with more clarity, trust, and intention than you had before. This episode is also about breath, mindfulness, nonattachment, being witnessed, and the healing that becomes possible when someone simply holds space and allows you to express what has been living inside of you. As the conversation expands, we talk about women taking the reins of their lives back, the wisdom we gain as we grow older, the intelligence of nature, and the responsibility we each have to embody the kinder, more compassionate world we want to experience. This episode was recorded on February 19, 2026. The Geometry of Healing with Randy Peterson

In this episode, I sit down with Randy Peterson of 4EthersVM to explore the world of Cymatherapy, vibrational medicine, sacred geometry, and the intelligence of the body. Randy shares how sound, frequency, and geometric patterns form the foundation of what we perceive as physical reality. He explains how Cymatherapy developed from the research of Dr. Peter Guy Manners, who studied the sounds that healthy cells, tissues, and organs make, and how those sound codes are applied through the Acoustic Meridian Intelligence device. We talk about the body as an electromagnetic being, the meridian system as energetic pathways, and how the body may absorb what it needs while allowing what it does not need to pass through. I also share my own experience receiving a remote session from Randy, where I felt subtle vibration, relaxation, colors, shapes, and a deeper awareness of myself in space. This conversation moves through science, energy, subtle bodies, trauma, the nervous system, EMFs, fascia, water, consciousness, and the ways ancient healing systems understood the etheric layer of reality long before modern technology tried to explain it. Randy also shares the story of how a trip to Peru, sacred geometry, and a search for deeper purpose led him away from civil engineering and into vibrational medicine. Toward the end, we explore his vision for the future: heart-centered communities, natural building, biogeometry, resonance-based design, and working with the land rather than trying to conquer it. This episode is for anyone curious about frequency, energy medicine, sacred geometry, sound, consciousness, and the possibility that healing may happen on layers far beyond what we can physically see. In this episode, we talk about: What Cymatherapy isHow sound, vibration, and geometry relate to physical realityThe work of Dr. Peter Guy Manners and Mandara CromwellThe Acoustic Meridian Intelligence deviceMeridian pathways, the feet, and the body’s energetic highway systemWhy Randy uses sets of five harmonics instead of a single toneMy personal experience receiving a remote session from RandyRemote healing, photographs, quantum entanglement, and vibrational signaturesThe nervous system, stress, trauma, and stored emotional energyEMFs, 5G, Wi-Fi, and energetic overwhelmFascia, water, minerals, and the electric nature of the bodyHow vibrational work may affect consciousness and subtle bodiesThe difference between sound healing and CymatherapyBiogeometry, sacred geometry, and the spectrum of life force energyAncient wisdom, etheric bodies, and the return of clair-sensesRandy’s journey from civil engineering to vibrational medicineNature, birds, sunlight, dandelions, soil, and the intelligence of GaiaNatural building, hempcrete, cob, biodynamics, and future communitiesConnect with Randy Instagram: @4EthersVM Linktree: linktr.ee/4ethers Connect with me: Instagram or LinkTree

The Year of Revolutions and Revelations with Eagle Skyfire

A lot has changed since my first sessions with Eagle Skyfire in 2021! After recently sharing recordings of readings she did for me years ago, I listened back with a completely different perspective. So many of the messages that came through are only making sense now. It's a reminder that sometimes guidance arrives long before we're ready to understand it. In this conversation, Skyfire and I reflect on the years since those readings, my recent leap into truck and RV living, and what it means to trust yourself when life asks you to take a path you never expected. We explore purpose, soul lessons, intuition, manifestation, community, spiritually sensitive children, hypnotherapy, shadow work, and Native teachings on finding your way during times of profound change. More than anything, this conversation is a reminder that purpose doesn't have to be grand. Sometimes it's simply following what matters to you, sharing your gifts, and trusting the next step before you can see the whole path. In this episode we discuss: • Revisiting old readings and discovering new layers of meaning • My journey into truck and RV living • Why asking for help is a strength • Finding purpose through your values and passions • The "Year of Revolutions and Revelations" • Soul lessons, free will, and personal responsibility • Spirit communication and intuitive development • Supporting spiritually sensitive children • Clinical hypnotherapy and shamanic traditions • Shadow work and authenticity • Manifestation through alignment • Community during uncertain times • Trusting your body and inner guidance • Cooperation as a path forward Eagle Skyfire is a Native American seer, tradition keeper, spiritual mentor, and clinical hypnotherapist who helps people reconnect with their authentic selves, navigate life transitions, and deepen their connection to spirit and purpose.
