    You can never see the data you need most to make a decision. 📉 It sounds counterintuitive, but the core of Causal Inference isn't just math—it's imagination. 🌌 Most Data Science focuses on predicting the future based on what happened in the past. But Causal Inference asks a much harder question: What would have happened if we had acted differently? In Part 4 of my series, "Causal Inference from the Ground Up," I dive into the Potential Outcomes Framework—the bedrock of how we define "cause" in a world where we can't see parallel universes.
