    They ran so many pandemic simulations in 2019 that it is easy to confuse them. Details about prioritizing medical resources away from high-risk people, meaning older Americans, harken back to Bill Gates discussing the need for Death Panels in his New World Order. The document is real, “Interim Operational Considerations for Implementing the Shielding Approach to Prevent COVID-19 Infections in Humanitarian Settings”, and the CDC released it during the Summer of Love in 2020.
