The story keeps you at the edge of your seat, stunning sound effects and astonishing voice acting.
Season 1 was great, Season 2 was not
5 stars for S1 and 2 for S2
Deeply disappointing
Despite its technical and production value, Blackout just isn’t a very well-told story. Jerky, unpredictable character development and unclear motivations, lacklustre world-building, and an ultimately implausible plot make this fall flat. I wanted to like it, I really did—but you’re better off listening to ‘It Could Happen Here’ and daydreaming this sort of dystopian fiction.
