American Heart Association Resisted Prohibiting Junk Food

The American Heart Association is supposed to work to prevent heart disease, the #1 killer worldwide. Surprisingly, the AHA openly opposed the SNAP reform bill, which would prevent the purchase of junk food with SNAP. Is the American Heart Association really trying to keep us on a “heart-healthy” diet? Find out in this video. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: AHA exposed! 0:30 The American Heart Association and the SNAP reform bill 2:00 Big food and AHA 2:21 American Heart Association Certified 3:15 Government subsidies and the junk food industry 4:20 Should we have SNAP reform? VITAMIN D TEST KIT: 🛒 https://drbrg.co/3RsFicb Dr. Cicero Interview: ▶️    • HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?! DATA: https://www.leefang.com/p/sugary-soda... https://www.heart.org/en/healthy-livi... Most people know that the American Heart Association receives funding from the junk food industry, so it may not have come as a surprise that they openly rejected the SNAP reform bill. After much embarrassment, they retracted their statements and claimed to no longer oppose the bill. Soda is the most frequently purchased item under the SNAP program. Soda lobbyists argue that the SNAP reform bill violates the liberty of choosing what you want to eat and drink! Junk food companies are paying social media influencers to oppose the SNAP reform bill and focus on food insecurity. Government subsidies for food first started during the Great Depression, but they have since become much more corrupt. Today, the system continues to make the junk food industry richer. Big Food and Big Pharma continue to benefit from this system at the expense of taxpayers and the health of the American people. The SNAP program should allow people to purchase nutrient-dense foods and prevent the purchase of ultra-processed foods. This would reduce chronic disease and save people money on prescription medications. Junk food companies oppose SNAP reform because a tremendous amount of money is at stake. Soda industry subsidies alone are a 10 billion dollar business! Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 59, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting. He is the author of the best-selling book The Healthy Keto Plan, and is the Director of Dr. Berg Nutritionals. DATA: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5573220 0:00 Introduction: The worst things for your brain 10:00 Grass-fed beef vs. grain-fed beef for your brain 15:35 Learn more about brain health! Today I’m going to share some of the top things that can severely affect your brain. Top things that negatively affect your brain: 1. Chronic exposure to bad news 2. Toxic personalities 3. Spending too much time inside 4. Low-fat, low-cholesterol diets 5. High-grain diets 6. High-sugar diets 7. Low-stress to no stress at all 8. High-stress 9. Snacking 10. Things that decrease gut microbes 11. Consuming grain-fed animal products One of the most surprising things on this list is grain-fed animal products. I recently participated in an interesting beef nutrient-density study. This study compared the beef from my farm to grass-fed beef and grain-fed beef, looking at factors that contribute to health and disease. It turns out that the beef from my farm was significantly higher in phytonutrients and vitamin B3. It also had a fantastic omega-6 fatty acid to omega-3 fatty acid ratio. Not only that, but the beef I sent was low in glycation end-products and homocysteine, which are both harmful to the brain. Grass-fed beef also did much better than grain-fed beef when looking at these same factors. My beef may have done best because I raise my cattle on pastures with a diversity of weeds for the cows to consume. Overall, it’s crucial to consume grass-fed, grass-finished beef or 100% grass-fed beef to support your brain and your overall health. % of Heart Attacks & Strokes Result From THIS

Over 80% of heart attacks and strokes are not caused by arterial plaque, cholesterol, or calcium blocking the arteries. Find out about the true underlying cause of heart attacks and strokes so you can support your heart health and prevent them. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: What causes a heart attack? 0:36 Blood clots and heart attacks 2:50 Excess calcium and heart attacks 4:18 How to prevent heart attack by preventing clotting 5:09 Supporting heart health 6:10 Supplements to prevent heart attack More videos on Teeth and Heart Disease: ▶️    • Could Heart Dysfunction Come From an Infec...   ▶️    • The Hidden Source of Heart Attacks/Strokes... If someone dies from a heart attack or stroke, their death is typically the result of a clot. A clot can form in less than 5 seconds! Usually, your body should form a clot, fix the hole in the artery, then dissolve the clot, but this doesn’t always happen. Clots can be caused by the following: •Smoking •Pollution/chemicals •Alcohol •Birth control pills •Stress •Surgery •Endurance sports •Refined starches •Infection •High blood sugar •Inflammation Excess calcium in the arteries can also trigger clotting, which can lead to a heart attack or stroke. Postmenopausal women who take large amounts of calcium are at a much greater risk for blood clots. Calcium is involved in over 15 different clotting factors. Vitamin K2 prevents calcium from building up in the soft tissues and arteries. It is found in dairy, butter, and other fatty foods. Always take vitamin D with vitamin K2. Magnesium is another important calcium regulator. It helps prevent calcium from entering the soft tissues, as well as arrhythmias and atrial fibrillation. Nitric oxide can reduce clotting. Vitamin D, L-arginine, and sunlight can increase nitric oxide to help prevent heart attack. Polyphenols, vitamin C, and omega-3 fatty acids all support heart health and may help reduce your risk of clotting. Keto and intermittent fasting can help reduce clotting by reducing inflammation in your arteries. Regular moderate exercise is vital in preventing clotting. Garlic and onion are also essential. Nattokinase, serrapeptase, and bromelain can be taken as supplements to prevent clotting. #health #keto #ketodiet #weightloss #ketolifestyle #intermittentfasting #lowcarb Thanks for watching! Sugar is bad. But, there is a food that is way worse than sugar. Certain factors can shorten your lifespan—these factors include: • Severe obesity • Heavy smoking • Vegetable oils • Physical inactivity • Heavy drinking • Moderate smoking • Excess sugar • Processed meat • Air pollution • Red meat • Sodium Vegetable oils are one of the most dangerous foods you could include in your diet—even worse than sugar. Vegetable oil isn’t really oil from vegetables. It’s mostly made from seeds, legumes, and grains. Key points on vegetable oils: 1. Over 30% of our calories come from vegetable oil 2. They contain highly inflammatory omega-6 fatty acids 3. Restaurants typically use a lot of vegetable oil 4. One study on unsaturated fats (vegetable oil) found that there was an increased death rate of all causes by 62% when compared to saturated fats 5. Only severe obesity and heavy smoking are more dangerous than vegetable oils 6. One study showed an 86% increase in heart attacks, and after seven years, the number of strokes and heart attacks increased by seven times 7. One study showed an increased risk of cancer by 82% 8. Deep-fried foods are some of the worst because the oil is often reheated Consider replacing your vegetable oils with olive oil, butter, ghee, coconut oil, tallow, or lard. VITAMIN D TEST KIT: 🛒 https://drbrg.co/4hSPDtr 🛒 https://drbrg.co/41vAs3S Vitamin D is important but confusing. Find out how to boost vitamin D and much more. 0:00 Introduction: Vitamin D levels explained 1:40 Understanding the vitamin D receptor 6:25 How to boost low vitamin D 8:45 Learn more about vitamin D toxicity! Today I want to cover what you really need to know about vitamin D. The RDA for vitamin D is 600 IU for adults under 70 years old. But, the studies that support this amount are outdated. Vitamin D reaches the cells through vitamin D receptors. Unfortunately, you can’t use blood tests to determine what’s happening in the cells, and various problems can occur with these receptors. For example, about 30% of the population has a genetic problem with the vitamin D receptor, meaning they have a difficult time getting the vitamin D they need. Many health conditions are directly related to a problem with the vitamin D receptor, including: • Autoimmune diseases • Breast cancer and colon cancer • Certain cardiovascular diseases • Certain cognitive diseases • Diabetes (type 1 and type 2) • Metabolic syndrome • High blood pressure • Tuberculosis and certain infections • Lyme disease • Hair loss • Crohn’s disease • Respiratory infections • Asthma and food allergies • Low back pain • Vitiligo • Osteoporosis • COPD • PTSD How to increase vitamin D: 1. Take more vitamin D 2. Take your vitamin D supplements inconsistently 3. Take magnesium 4. Take zinc 5. Take bile salts 6. Consume omega-3 fatty acids 7. Consume vitamin K2 8. Take resveratrol, curcumin, quercetin, and sulforaphane 9. Consume butyrate (vegetables) When using high doses of vitamin D, always check with your doctor. High doses of vitamin D can increase blood/urine calcium levels resulting in calcium deposits in the kidney. Also drink 2.5 liters of fluids per day, take cofactors with vitamin D (magnesium, K2 and zinc) and have your doctor monitor your PTH, vitamin D blood levels and creatinine and avoid excess calcium supplements of high calcium foods when taking vitamin D levels over 10,000 IUs. The Corrupt Food Industry Lurking In Your Child's School Lunch

Over 70% of your child’s diet comes from ultra-processed foods. Refined sugars, starches, and seed oils are destroying their brains. She has developed a training program to teach schools around the country how to create healthy, nourishing meals for our children. Hilary’s family health journey led her to develop School of Lunch. Hilary is a mother of 5 who’s dealt with infertility, eczema, epilepsy, speech delays, cancer, and Alzheimer’s. Hilary’s family moved to California during her husband’s battle against cancer. There, she teamed up with a local school and began working on their lunch program. She started as the snack coordinator, then became the consultant to the lunch lady, and was finally given the keys to the kitchen. Inspired by Dr. Weston A. Price's works, Hilary began exploring the importance of traditional, ancestral foods and our health. She familiarized herself with the gut-brain and gut-body connection. After implementing these dietary changes, kids no longer felt the ups and downs of their energy and mood throughout the school day. Kids and their teachers, who followed the same diet, were satiated and energized throughout the day. These benefits trickled into the children’s home lives, encouraging parents to join in after seeing the visible improvements. Hilary realized that more schools needed this information. Improving their food could greatly benefit schools, hospitals, churches, community centers, and more. If you’re able, please donate to Hilary’s amazing cause! Doctors do not factor in food when treating chronic illnesses caused by an ultra-processed diet. Hilary’s program aims to turn this vicious cycle around not by simply changing the diet but by empowering children to understand the power of food. --- Learn more about your ad choices. CRITICAL: Purge Your Brain from Microplastics

The brain accumulates the most microplastics out of all the organs in the body. Today, I’m going to tell you how to detox microplastics from the body to reduce the dangerous effects of microplastics on your health. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) 0:00 Introduction: How to detox microplastics from the body 0:20 Microplastics and forever chemicals 0:45 Plastic recycling 2:10 How to detox microplastics 3:36 More tips to reduce microplastics Did you know that the brain accumulates 7 to 30 times more microplastics than the liver and the kidneys? In this video, I’m going to tell you how to detox microplastics and forever chemicals that can wreak havoc on your health. Forever chemicals can bind with proteins in your blood, creating problems as they bioaccumulate in the body over time. One report found that the average person has 7 grams of plastic in their brain! Plastic recycling is a scam! Only 9% of plastic can actually be recycled, and the majority sinks to the bottom of the ocean. Scientists are working to develop microbes, fungi, and enzymes that can eat plastic, but until those are developed, there are only two things you can do to detoxify your body of microplastics. First, avoid plastic! High-quality deep sleep is vital to detox microplastics from the brain. Inducing autophagy can also detox microplastics. Fasting for at least 18 hours is one of the best ways to induce autophagy. Plastics and forever chemicals create oxidative stress in the body, which can be countered with strong antioxidant systems. Foods high in sulfur, such as garlic, onions, and cruciferous vegetables, can help strengthen your body’s antioxidant networks. NAC and milk thistle are great for detoxification. Try these tips to reduce microplastics: •Use a water filter •Eliminate plastic cutting boards •Avoid dishwasher pods •Switch to biodegradable coffee filters •Use sea salt from an ancient seabed •Choose natural tea bags without plastic •Avoid plastic baby bottles •Use a stainless steel water bottle •Use plastic-free sponges •Avoid canned food and liquids •Use bamboo toothbrushes •Avoid Teflon •Use glass Tupperware •Avoid plastic dental floss •Use 100% organic cotton tampons Dr. Eric Berg DC Bio: Dr. Berg, age 59, is a chiropractor who specializes in Healthy Ketosis & Intermittent Fasting.
