    Ep.1577 - Grid and Layered Components in Takt

    Ep.1575 - Why Construction Contracts Are Broken

    Ep.1574 - We Never Firefight

    In this episode, Jason challenges one of the most accepted but damaging habits in construction: firefighting. We've been taught that reacting, rushing, and "putting out fires" is just part of the job. Jason flips that thinking completely. There is never a time to firefight.
