    Owning Summer!

It’s so easy to view summer as one giant vacation or just count down the days until you can get back to business. You spend the whole summer feeling as if you aren’t really getting anywhere, personally or professionally, and it’s all a big waste. In this episode I discuss 3 very different ways you can OWN your summer. All unique in their approach. All serving a greater purpose for your business.  You can approach Summer 2023 in three different ways: 1. As a time to ramp up. 2. As a time to evaluate. 3. As a time to rest and recharge.  No matter how you choose to navigate this season, be sure that it's done intentionally! And when you settle on what it is you truly need this summer remember a few things.  Where and how is your audience showing up? If you are going to pare down what you’re doing, be sure to NOT neglect that platform. It’s not so much about HOW you show up, but WHO you are showing up for. Stories take very little prep or planning. Hopping into your stories on just about any platform is a great way to keep in touch with your current audience. Don’t abandon your followers completely!  Your stories are a great way for you to speak directly to them and keep that relationship.Having a great CRM that allows you to set up systems, structures and automations is paramount no matter what season you are in. Honeybook is a fabulous option that I have really come to love (and they keep adding to its capabilities!). If you are interested in giving HB a try, check out the link in my show notes. This will get you 20% off for your first year!Get Honeybook Here --> http://share.honeybook.com/amber2687359 In all things, friends, remember that you are MORE than just your business! The health of your business is often determined by the health of YOU. So take care of yourself. Give yourself grace. Remember that with every season we have to stay flexible, give ourselves grace and adjust to the changes that come our way. All we can really do it create the systems and processes around us to help us navigate them well.  Happy summer, friends! Leave us a message here and we will get back to you!  In todays episode, we discuss the importance of establishing a solid foundation to build your digital marketing strategy on. It's easy to take a scatter shot approach to your digital marketing, but with intentionality and strategy, your efforts will take you much farther.  First you must establish your core by determining 1. Who am I? 2. Who are they?? 3. Where am I going? From there, you can dig into the more tactical pieces by taking the following steps: Get your foundational tools or resources in place (CRM, Website, scheduling apps, automations, etc)Start somewhere and then layer in as you go. You don’t have to do it all at once, but understanding how you will build momentum is huge. Optimize your content. How can you use the content you’ve created for each platform and to reach your audience?Engage, engage, engage. Knowing your audience and showing up for them is important. I you are unreachable or unattainable, it’s hard for your audience to connect. Building relationships has to be a part of your digital marketing plan. Measure and adjust. Setting it and forgetting it will.not.work. Partially because the digital landscape is always changing but also because your metrics inform you where your gaps are. Forming a strategy is the first step, but keeping it flexible enough to morph as needed is the next.  Connect with Amber Instagram Website Book a Coaching Call Thanks for joining me in this episode of The Inspired Biz. Finding Your Inner Digital Diva

Do you ever find yourself as a business owner feeling stuck when it comes to your digital and online presence? You know that in this virtual world, it's not an option to ignore this area. But, you aren't quite sure HOW or WHAT to do with it.  In this episode I share why our online presence is like the front door of our business. And just like a physical front door to a brick and mortar, how a potential customer or client experiences your digital front door can determine if they will ever come back or if they will ever buy from you.  I also dive into how our goals and desired outcomes should shape WHERE we focus our digital marketing efforts. Not all platforms are created equal and trying to show up in every possible way on every single one can feel like a scattershot instead of a targeted effort.  At Socially Inspired, we offer a business audit to help our clients hone in on their goals and then offer them recommendations on the platforms that will best help them reach these goals. Because a lack of momentum in your business doesn't mean there is anything wrong with your passion, your vision, your drive or your offer. But it may mean there is a disconnect or a gap in your digital marketing.  This is why my partner Katie and I are developing The Digital Divas. We know that some business owners can and will decide to outsource their work and hire done-for-you services for their digital marketing. But if you are not there in your business quite yet, you don't have to suffer! Our modules and courses will help EVERYONE find their inner digital diva.  Stay tuned for more to come!
